Burning Anodize
The cause of the defect (so-called anodized burn):
1- Excessive concentration of current at one point and lack of sufficient movement of ions in the electrolyte solution
Andes
2- Caused by poor electrical contact between the hook and the piece or aluminum profile being anodized.
fix solution
1- The concentration of the anodized electrolyte solution, including the amount of sulfuric acid and the concentration of aluminum ions
Check and the temperature of the tub is under control.
2- Improving the movement of ions in the anodized electrolyte solution by using proper aeration and turbulence
3- Reducing the anodizing current density.
4- Increasing/improving the electrical contact surface between jacks (hooks) and the piece or aluminum profile
It is anodized for proper current transmission
My experience:
The high density of the anodizing current and the lack of aeration and turbulence cause burns at sharp points and angles
It hangs on the aluminum part and profile - loose fastening of the profile and part to the hooks and jacks
During aeration, it causes movement in the connection and full contact and flow is not established.
Also Excessively high concentration of aluminum ions in the anodizing bath (electrolyte solution) sometimes causes
The solution is to drain half of the tub and charge acid and deionized water according to the instructions
It is a laboratory unit.
